I have enjoyed using this convection oven for the price. Although, I don't think the convection worked very well. Pizzas would often come out soft on one side, so we always had to turn them. The controls are supposed to remember the last temp and time input, but it never did.
We have owned this for about 2 years and tonight the glass door exploded and shattered all over my kitchen. Luckily, my dogs & I had left the kitchen. I was cooking a potato, no pan or foil, just as I have before. It had only been in about 15 minutes. I am disappointed. If something else would have gone out on it, I would not be as upset. The glass door shattering is a serious safety issue and I am not going to recommend or purchase anything from them again.

i have been using this unit for 6 months now... i would say after doing my homework that this is a perfectly adequate toaster oven with nothing dramatically bad or good about it.
pros: easily removable bottom tray for cleaning. all other pros are really just this unit doing its job rather than actual pros...
cons: front door weight - this thing will slam down all the time onto your counter (i placed two cork trivets to absorb the door in front of it); with all the icon based cooking sets you really need to think three options = heat from top only, bottom only, or both -- so what may be a feature really just gets ignored in the long run; the bottom heating elements are standard circle punched aluminum vents which means food dripping are going to eventually get into the uncleanable areas (like all toaster ovens a serious cleaning will eventually be needed to prevent that burnt smell which i blame on the shredded cheese as usual!).
so not trying to be overly negative but other than more food icon settings and convection oven abilities this unit is like all the rest of them with same pros and cons. wouldnt it be nice to see temperature sensor? a more guarded heating element that doesnt give off that burnt food smell? the top of any toaster oven can be used for warming yet is always absent any design usage (just thinking here why all toaster ovens are the same). actually the only unique complaint about this unit itself versus any others is the fact that this door weighs too much and will slam down when opened and let go at any point. i would wait for this unit to go on sale and buy it strictly then.

At first, I loved this little oven, it performed as expected. Unfortunately, it only has a one year warranty and absolutely no Helpful customer service. I search internet reviews and found I was not alone. This product has an average of 16 month lifespan. I used it one afternoon and it just quit. It still looks brand new. It is a shame because this toaster oven seems to be solidly built. It just cost too much to replace every 16 months.
