We bought this for our granddaughter's 9th birthday gift, as she is very much into taking care of her hair. She saw this advertized on TV and thought it would be fun to temporarily streak her hair, playing with her friends and streaking each others hair. Not quite the case, though. Two reasons why she probably won't use the Conair Pro again: 1) the only "fun" color that came with the kit was blue. Other colors were shades of brown, golden brown, redish brown, etc. 2) it was painful /pulled their hair too much to make it a fun thing to want to do. Sorry we bought it. It was definitely not practical for young girls.

The first highlights I ever had done was a permanent set that my beauty-school dropout stepsister performed on me. They were orange, when they were supposed to be red.

With this little tool, there are no such surprises. What you see is what you get. The little brushes whir around and brush the solid color cartridge and paint your hair with the color. Simple as that. The use of the little gadget was very intuitive, as I was able to use it without pouring over the instructions. The fact that this color washes out is VERY reassuring and is perfect for those of us who like to spice things up a bit without converting to an entirely different style.

One thing I was particularly impressed with, however small it may seem, was that the pictures that you see on the box are fairly accurate to what you get. One may notice that the models' hair looks oddly separated from the rest of the head of hair in the pictures. This is how it happens when you use the color-er. For what this is, it really is to be expected, and unless you're going to an awards banquet, really isn't that big of a deal.

I bought this item at a four-for-ten sale at Icing By Claire's, and I'm glad I picked this out for one of that four. A good buy, for sure. I will definitely buy the refills.

As other reviewers have noted, the Apple connector on this doesn't work well. The retractable connector is awkward and doesn't slide in securely. If you do get it to seat properly, the poor friction fit will cause it to come loose very easily, and you will be given no indication that charging failed. There must be better backup batteries available for the Apple device lineup, and I wish I had done some research before buying this.

I am constantly on my iPhone and by the time I'm on my way home my battery is usually in the red zone and is yelling at me for a charge. I bought this to keep in my car and it really comes in handy. Pretty straight forward to use and can also charge 2 things at once which I have found most backup batteries cant do. All in all I am pretty pleased with the unit and would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I bought the powermat and several accessories, including this one. The Dual 1850 is great! I carry an HTC EVO 4G that I use as a wireless hotspot (a real drain on the battery)and an iPod touch. This device will recharge both of them. If my phone gets low on charge, I know that I will not be tethered to a cord and outlet to use the phone. I just plug in this device and I can continue to use my phone. The only concern I have is that I have started to see the red and black wires on the cord to the phone. I do not blame this on product quality, but on the fact that I have it dangling from my phone at times, and that I use it almost daily. I highly recommend this product.

My dear friend bought my son the tan bear when he was born because her sons had the duck and the frog and loved them. From the time they were tiny infants she made sure that they knew that bedtime was wonderful because they got to be with their little buddies. I did the same and Mr. Bear is, by far, his favorite comfort item. He's the perfect size, small enough that he wouldn't get tangled in it as an infant, soft, soft, soft, and sweet. He's seen our little guy through anything life dishes out; drs appointments, cast on his foot; whatever. The Pair and a Spare idea is brilliant because losing Mr. Bear would be tragic. We actually have five total. One that goes to daycare with him, one that lives at his grandparents' house, and three that we can interchange when they need washing (perfect for stomach bug times!), although sometimes he thinks he needs to have two out. If you try this, be sure to rotate them often so that one doesn't become a favorite! I've since bought these for several friends as baby gifts. I'm pregnant again and due soon. I think that I'm going to let my son pick which animal he wants to give the baby when it's born. What a wonderful way for him to welcome his baby brother or sister!

I've bought at least 20 of these in the past 2 years. My daughter loves her friend "Gigi" too much and must suck and chew on her in order to sleep. This blankie goes through daily washes and all of them have held up to the strenuous "loving" of my little one, not a single ears or horns have fallen off. The only reason I have to buy so many is because I throw them away after a while because all the sucking and chewing from my DD leaves Gigi extremely stained and ugly.

I purchased two of VS540 hair dryers, actually three.

The first VS540 was purchased some years ago. It finally wore out. The life span of that VS540 hair dryer was well into the acceptable range.

The second VS540 was a replacement for the first. It was defective. It quickly overheated and the fan was very, very noisy. My wife was convinced that it was going to explode or cause an electrical fire. I finally returned it. The seller accepted the return and gave me a prompt refund.

The third VS540 works well. I have been using it for about a month. It does not overheat and the nose level is reasonable for a hair dryer. If this VS540 lasts as long as the first I would replace it with another VS540.

My sister discovered that this vase also works at the bathroom sink WITHOUT the use of the metal plate.
Just place the vase directly onto the horizontal porcelain area near the faucet head and handles. The porcelain areas act as a magnetic surface because the entire sink is solid metal covered by porcelain. I cut a long thin branch of leaves from my garden, placed it in the vase, and it looks great!

These were a gift and they were a huge hit! Everyone who has come into my aunt's home comments on how cool and how beautiful these are. The look is very nice--like a nice stainless steel. The magnets are very strong--even if you tap it a little bit, it fixes itself and stands right back up. You can actually fit a couple of flowers in each vase.

It works great on giving me a great night sleep. I have a bad back and nerve damage. It helps with that, however we have had it for a month and the smell is still there. It is very strong. Since I have been sleeping on it I wake up with a sore throat. My pillows smell. I hope the smell will go away. I can smell it on my skin when I wake up. It worries me a little.

I got this double stroller after stopping a twin mother when I was pregnant in the store to ask what brand it was. Its super compact for a double and like the other reviewer said seamlessly navigates through regular size doors and aisles where most doubles you would only get through the doors of sliding department stores. Its pod like compact design is nice and trendy and you can use it from newborn up as the seats lie flat. No need for getting the likes of the baby trend snap n go with two newborns in tow as this stroller is amazing. It folds easy and is really lightweight.It also come with the rain cover which I didnt realise until it was delivered. My car seats will be staying in the car from now on and the ease of popping this open and laying them in is less stressful than carting two heavy carseats into a frame. My only complaint is that this stroller isnt well advertised when you search for twin strollers in a search engine. Had I not approached the lovely girl in the store I think my life would be much more stressful. This stroller will last us years and I am so happy with it, if cash flow wasnt a concern I would get one in both colors :D

One other thing to note is that the leg divider in the image is apparently no longer a feature. Mine arrived without that part and the company said it was removed as part of a US safety check. I guess some people were not strapping the kids in. No biggie :)

I don't think there is one perfect double stroller out there but we've had this one for about 8 months now and it's proved to work well for us. We live in central florida and go to theme parks often and felt a double would be essential. My older child is a small four year old and at about 38" he still fits well in this stroller, he walks most the time but he will almost always nap when we are on a day outing and it's nice to have a place for him to sit when he gets tired. My younger child is one year old, their combined weight in the stroller is 51 pounds, I definitely notice a difference in ease of pushing when my four year old is riding but that is expected. The only problems we have had with this stroller is the basket never seems to stay just right and I have to adjust it every so often but it is one of the largest baskets in a side by side double that I've seen and it still works for the most part. I contacted the company about it but the employee I spoke with was no help unfortunately. The other issue was with the wheels, since we take the front wheels off every time we put it in our two door hatch back, the wheel joins went dry after a couple months, the stroller turned HORRIBLY until I remembered the stoller specialist at Buy Buy Baby told me to use Silicon-based Oil, picked some up from the hardware store, sprayed it on and good as new if not better. So if you ever have an issue with the wheels, don't forget, Silicon-based Oil!! When properly oiled this stroller pushes extremely smoothly, even one handed which was one of the biggest selling points for me. It has a relatively small foot print, I can push it in tight spots other doubles might not fit, and it reclines almost flat. We purchased the Valco Baby cup holder and installed it near the handle since there are no cup holders and it works well, we may purchase a second for a child cup. Another wonderful feature is that it's washable, although I have yet to try this myself. Oh and the rain cover, living in Florida makes the zip on rain cover a wonderful feature! I get comments and questions about this stroller all the time, it just looks so sleek. Overall I would happily recommend this double stroller.

This stroller's rain shield attaches to the front and does not go over the hood...and the hood is just nylon...totally permeable, easily saturated and not at all rainproof.

The best chair on the market. My baby was too big for the baby rail after one year (she still fits, but its uncomfortable for her - I probably wouldn't buy it next time and just stick with the harness... but that's just me. It was very useful while it lasted), but the love the fact we can adjust it as she grows really easily and she loves the fact she can comfortably sit by the dinner table with everyone. Easy to clean and maintain looking like new as well. One of our best baby buys and absolutely worth the money!

I bought the first one six years ago for my eldest daughter. Later I bought one for my second daughter. I am about to buy my third for my youngest son.

Safety -
Putting them together is not terribly hard but following instructions is key otherwise they can be off balance. We use it on hardwood and perhaps that keeps it more stable than for people using it on carpet. Six years and no one has fallen backwards like some reviews say. Yes they are girls but they are still pretty squirrelly.

Use & Maintenance -
Initially, I only bought the chair, none of the accessories. The plain wood is very easy to wipe down when the toddlers spill food everywhere. What is great is there are no big crevices for food to get stuck in. Being next to the table meant not having to clean a tray that didn't fit in a sink. Since it has a small footprint it was easy to move and sweep up the mess under the chair. They are also low maintenance, I have never had anything break on these chairs. After six years there are some scratches but you can't see them from four feet away and they still look great.

Accessories -
When the girls were older we bought them the cushions but I don't think they care that much either way. For my second daughter I bought the Baby Set plastic. It took a little getting used to but she seemed more secure than the old wood rail system. I think the snap is what is key to getting the child in and out, if you don't get that then its difficult. The straps were nice for keeping her in it but honestly we rarely used them.

Longevity -
The girls still use the chairs and for little kids they are even better than for toddlers. They are still too small to sit easily at the table in regular chairs so this chair helps them. They can easily eat with their shoulders well above table level. They can also easily paint or do "projects".

If you like "Baby" decor or you want a "Stage" specific chair than this is not for you. There is a learning curve with the chair but a couple of hours early on will solve that. I feel its a more permanent solution for child seating and I really enjoy the fact that the children are not three feet away from the dinning table when eating.
